First of all, Dont change the subject cause you have no fucking comeback. We were talking about aikido in the ring. I have alot of knowledge about aikido and im studying it yes. But im not close to senseis level of course. And iv'e also been training kung fu for 3 years and boxing for 1. Im not saying im a pro or anything, But im do saying i know what im talking about and you know that i am right. Handlocks is illeagal in the ring and allmost everything in aikido is based on any art of lock

The reason aikido has never been brought up to the ring is because every single move in aikido is illeagal in the ring. An proffesional aikidoka would beat a proff mma fighter in a street fight no doubt.

okay you win i refraise Steven Seagal is fat and is in horrible condition that is why he is gasping for air and sweating. Alkido is so awsome that every mma fighter who ever won is a master of alkido. NOT.

Are you focusing on using strength when you are walking? No, Strength and condition is two diffrent things my friend. Condition is not as much important in aikido as it is in mma in the ring. And seagal started geting fat around that time so its normal for a human being to sweat and gasp after air even you dont use your strength lol.

An old aikidoka once said, If you use as much as 1% strength you are doing it wrong. Aikido requires no strength, Or you need to have a strong mind spiritualy and good performing and know to master it. But aikido is the only mma wich doesnt require any strength mr sherlock.
