You need to read the entire best-seling book or see them in person to understand the full concept. This is just a fun introduction and it a VERY small snippet of the talk. Their book is actually well-researched and thoughtful. This is from a 7-week small-group curriculum and is WONDERFUL! Highly recommend it. for couples or groups.

8:30 - 8:55 is so true. I've been in that situation many times. However, like the guy below said, It's not always a deficiency. I consider it very advantageous to be still at times and "think nothing".
On another subject, when Bill goes on a rant about a hypothetical story a women might present to a man after she asks about his truck... I would probably like to enter the nothing box on that one.
