swinging his hips too much on the later reps, he probably did reps earlier so he's tired. but proper form you want to essentially lock your hips in place

@murfalious When you bend your knees, the lever created by your legs shortens, and the load becomes easier. It is better to force reps with bent legs when you can no longer keep them straight than to stop

@murfalious its not bad but you get more of a hit on your core if you dont. but make sure you do it slow.
