Seriously you need a life lady leave the cat alone it is miserable enough being in a shelter in a small cage it was probably abused where it lived before! I think it looks to clean to be a shelter.. Probably the back room at a vet. I had a cat with some medical issues that got like that when it was taken to the vet because it knew that whoever took it out was going to do unpleasant things to it but had no way to understand it was for its own good.
