These people never reply any emails, kept promoting online but when email them, they don't reply. Even if its only slightly cheaper, its not worth is as support is SHIT !

You need to try relaxing the arm springs quite a lot so they sit horizontal to the ground. Makes a huge difference to the arm performance !!
RedMast?? My vest fits fine ..the foam is a little hard but it doesn't move around at all. The only issue I had was the socket block allen bolts were too short so the bearings were tight...the first flycam you can actually use "out of the box"
