CSS Tutorial 8: Fragmentation Grenades

A tutorial about how to use Fragmentation Grenades, or frag nades, in the game Counter-Strike: Source. This is part of an ongoing series on CSS.

Because so many people asked for it, I will continue this series until I'm satisfied I've covered everything that needs to be covered in counterstrike.

i'm trying to learn this game and it's really hard for me, but those videos are helping me a lot, so thanks.

Anyway I still don't understand when I need to buy grenades and other stuff, watching the tutorials I have understand what to buy and why, but i still can't understand when to buy those things (besides weapons, that are well explained in the first tutorial)... should i always buy one grenade per type, or not, and what about kevlar? Should I buy it every round?

This is all going to depend on your team's strategy.  I'm going at this from a personal skills point of view, whereas what to buy is a team thing. I do everything in terms of 5v5 competitive.

They aren't Fragmentation Grenades. They are HE Grenades, HE stands for "High Explosive". You'd think a veteran player would know that. Guess not.

If you haven't noticed, I call the weapons what they really are, not what the game calls them. For example, I call the AK47 instead of CV47.
