we made this yesterday....less the pineapple and bbq sauce. we used pureed tomatoes. we smoked at the recommended 225-250 degrees for 45-1 hour. this loaf was not done at 1.5 hours. we ended up putting it on the direct heat for about a 1/2 hour and it came out PERFECT. the smoke flavor was TO DIE FOR. we will definitely be making this again.



I can see why these guys cook and eat outside. That burger is the biggest I have ever seen, and I bet it gets just a bit messy. Guess what I'm making this weekend?

there was a time when you ordered a burger at your local food joint you could actually see the beef. Those days are gone, unless of course ya make your own! -BBQ Pit Boys
