Please vote for my picture! I'm in the top 9 this week and have a chance at making it to the semi-finals. Help a fellow weight loss-er (potentially) win $15,000! http://yobi.tv/yobipics/contestant/6865/JRizzleAdlizzle/chillin
Would you mind telling your friends to vote too. Please. Pretty please. ... with a cherry on top?

  • More people need to see this video :) Very helpful information!!! Awesome video!

  • @xohannah125 Thank you ! :-D

  • Aspartame for me gives me a migraine aura so horribly that I go blind for 45 minutes. I have to avoid diet drinks, punch at parties, some mixed drinks (I got a horrible reaction from a blueberry martini because they used a diet syrup with aspartame) and anything I didn't see someone open! I have had splenda but I try not to have it too often because I just don't trust it. I do like stevia and use it when I can. I hope it becomes available in other things here in the US! Thanks for the sub!

  • @Salinna79 Oh man! That is scary... I know people who get sick from certain foods, but still eat them, so good for you for staying away from the stuff! I don't trust Splenda either... just seems too perfect.

  • I have read that 1150-1200 is the least amount of calories you should consume so 1500 sounds great! Oh and I think it is 1500-2300 to maintain, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for all this information. My husband is not drinking as much Dr. Pepper anymore. I guess that will make since why I don't want sweets (other than fruits) since I've cut out sugar.

  • @trisal19 A few years ago I slowly detoxed my hubby and I from drinking pop of any sort. For a week we were allowed to drink a glass of pop at meals, then the next week we could drink a glass at one meal and then none. Made it so we didn't get a caffeine headache and neither of us has had pop since then.

Good for you for cutting out all the extra sugar!
