LifeCasting is lots of fun and hand casting is a really good starter project.

  • Hi Emu,

    The "plaster" is a very hard gypsum cement (approx. 10 times as hard as Plaster of Paris).

    It has a working time of approx. 15 minutes and a "strong enough to unmold" setting time of about 1 hour. It will reach its final strength in about 48 hours and it will dry enough to paint in 3 days.

  • can i use plaster of paris instead of the cement u used in this video?
