@preparationH3 I wholeheartedly disagree that the likes of Korn has had anything but a negative impact on any musician. I highly doubt anything the boys in Daughters turned out was consciously inspired by fucking KORN. This is NOT NU METAL either, as much as that would simplify classifying Daughters for you. If you'd attended any of the shows they played, or even looked at the hardcore, post hardcore, screamo bills they played on, you'd choke on your bold ignorant words. Korn is joke.GETOVERIT

@FiHuvWix they don't use the same chord "over and over" as you say, they use a variation of a very dissonant chord that to the common ear may sound "exactly the same" but again, if you can't appreciate daughters get outt and go listen to something that you will fool.

To everyone stupid enough to compare this band (and, I suspect, every other band that's ever tried to experiment with anything new) to Tool, go listen to their first EP. Then sincerely try that comparison again. Thus, shalt thou be proven a fucking moron.

P.S.: Tool is a great band. Best band ever? Fuck no--or at least, that's my personal opinion.
