  • I cannot believe that Burns has the audacity to talk about how the parks are for "everybody" at Shenandoah National Park and completely overlook the evictions of hundreds of mountain families to create the park.

    He claims it is a history - but it is not. It is simply a "feel good" story. He keeps repeating, "You and I own it." But conveniently overlooks poor mountain people who lost their homes and land.
