Motorcycle Accident Caugh on Helmet Cam

This video was captured by a woman riding on her motorcycle. She was wearing a helmet camera (visit http://www.helmetcamera.com) just in case anything happened to her. Unfortunately it did. The person driving the black car later tried to blame the accident on the cyclist. Fortunetly the woman had everything on video and was able to prove she was not at fault.

The cause of the black car spinning out has been open to debate. I have so far not been able to find any difinitive answers on the subject. If anyone can find proof or evidence as to exactly what happened let me know so that I can post it up here.

somebody pulled on the emergency brakes and the result to that made the rear brakes lock and spin out and hit the motorcyclist

@TheSpencer77 It looks like the car was on the break too hard and the tires locked up. You can see the smoke coming from the tires before it lost control. As you may know, when your tires lock up you can't control your direction. It's like driving on ice. If you need to prove this, check if the car had ABS (anti-lock breaking system)

@Shep6531 Yup people always ask why dO I wear full riding gear all the time. My response is exactly that "I dress to wreck" beacuse u never know that exact moment might happen.. even at 5Mph... Lol.. I've been down 3 times due to 2 vehicles. I was then downed again beacuse of Oil on the road coverd with sand. So I know what you mean.
