i think smartq from smart device is the only china brand original tablet that have valid customer support even it is not state of art devices, humble but practically good.

@DejectedPanda As far as I know it depends on the version of Android which is preinstalled. The problem with these tablet PCs is that you can´t just update your firmware. It doesn´t work.
