MOLLY
... Last March 15, my Molly passed over at the age of 12.7 years, after a stressful situation caused by my housing company, only have been sick since Friday March 13 2010 after this stressful Thursday March 12 ...
... Molly always had been playful, even until 2009 when she tried to fetch stickies for me ... But it was clear: her eyes were bad because of her age ... And allthough she always had been that frisky and playful (she LOVED to retrieve!) AS she always WANTED to play in that way, she wasn't well enough for me to do some agility or obedience, as she had bad knees (patella luxation), a too narrow pelvis and a bad back and backhand ... Unless of this, she knew the most commands of all overhere and she had a quite well vocabulair!
Besides her drifts to play and to apport things, she always has been a quite empathic dog with a very warm personality! She knew how to steal a lot of persons' hearts, and in some other way, she left a great impression behind for those who met her, those who loved her and those who closed Molly in their hearts!
For the rest: she usually quite disliked cats ... If a kitty dare to come in our yard, she was the first one to flew to it, like a kinda black devil or a bullit, just to jump on that kitty, to make clear he or she wasn't welcome in HER yard ... LOL!
... Though, there have been ONE cat who was able to do anything she wants to with her ... That was my kidnapped cat ... The only cat Molly EVER closed into HER heart!
BECAUSE she was that empathic, the kidnapping of our beloved catful clan member AS the passing of Muppy, together with a lot of stress from the outside world, it made her so that she had become old fast ...
Molly was born as a runt of a litter of 5 Shih Tzu puppies on July 27 1997 in Meeswijk (Maasmechelen) Belgium and she totally unexpectably passed over on March 15 2010, peacefully snuggled up near Jessy in her basket at home ...
Thank you Molly that you've been my friend for 12.5 years ... You knew when we were sad or upset and you even asked me with those old eyes when it was last February if you were allowed to sit on my lap, because you felt that I was upset about Jessy 'cause she decided to take some walk to the butcher store at 5:30h. in the morning! THAT were you, and now you are together with Muppy, over the Rainbow Bridge, getting some reunion again, watching both back on your lives AS protecting us!
... Rest In Peace sweet Molly ...
ABOUT THE MUSIC:
"Molly Malone" doesn't look like it fits this video about a doggy named Molly ... Though, there ARE 3 important simularities ...
1. My Molly LOVED mussels ... She was a quite picky eater and would NEVER beg at the table ... EXCEPT when she noticed mussels ... Well ... Than she took care she would be SURE to be fast asside your chair to get some, hehe!
2. Molly LOVED retrieving, like Molly Malone who fetched every day cuckles & mussels from the bay to bring it to the market in Dublin ...
3. Both are passed over after being sick for a short time ...
I played ALL the parties of this song! So, everything you hear is PURE me playing ;-)
"Tears In Heaven" is a more logical one ... I used a MIDI as background and play the melody parts with my Moog Etherwave Plus theremin ;-)
Good work! Congratulations and regards.
