@LostHighwayFilms Well it's the same with every track like this one, the first few years, everyone will be trying to run the bottom, but as the years go on, the groove will spread out more, and more, until they can run any line on the track.

i remember nobody liked this track the first few years of it's existence. now, it's my favorite!! not only because i live there but it just seems like the perfect race track now...and hey, Texas Motor Speedway's slogan is "The Great American Speedway" :)

@jwdogfst While I wouldn't call him an idiot, I think it was a misunderstanding. Simply, he did what Mikey did to Dale Jr. in the duels in 07: try to fit in a gap, but he couldn't make it, and well, he finished 43rd for his sins didn't he?

Wow. Someone banned my comment for calling out DW. DW ran his mouth off all the time when he didn't like something on the track, so I think it's appropriate to call him an idiot for chopping someone and wrecking 20 cars the first lap of the race.
