Comedian and Mill Valley resident Mark Pitta found some old video he shot back in the early 80's and submitted it to www.MarinNostalgia.org. The last part of the footage is from a porno shot in Mill Valley called "Taboo" starring Kay Parker.

  • I lived there from '73 to 81... 1st 2 years on top at the radar site, then at 171 Marguerite... toooo fantastic!! Now, I'm in Kyiv, Ukraine for 17 years and I still miss sweetwater and old mill. I did sell the 2am club and had an office at Tam Junction with Taghi & Javad. Cheers ;-)

  • Yes, Four Corner, then up Panoramic to where I worked for 5 years: Mountain Home Inn. Muir Beach, Stinson, always an easy hitch from there out to Bolinas and Olema... I want to reverse time right now!

  • I am a penny clogged in my ass.

  • the first clip of the girl with the dog was my mom no joke

  • I miss Living Foods!!!

  • Oh by the way, I have created a blog that talks all about the sorry state of affairs in Mill Valley and beyond. Hope you may find some sollice or entertainment there! Just google "Truth in Marin"

  • Everyone is right no about MV now, it's a sad state of affairs, the people here now remind me of the movie, "Night of The Living Dead", there is no spirit, no down to earth mellow vibe any longer. I think all the good people and old timers should stand up and tale back our beloved little town!!!

  • Mill Valley rocked in the 80s. It seriously sucks now.

  • Mill Valley is dead, just a bunch of rich yuppies now that got 10 million bucks shoved up their ass.

  • Yeah, and Village Music. I was sorry that John closed the store, but at least he out-lived Tower Records!
