All this started because the border patrol raided several resteraunts and stores and arrested/deported illegals. And the latinos who think illegals should have more rights than americans protested.

Jim in my mind is a hero. And if he does get arrested, the latino march will be nothing compared to what full blooded americans will put out.

Jim, you got my support 100%, from your Northern neighbour (Canada). you're a hero in my eyes. You did it for the Soldiers and the people who are proud of their country. You deserve a medal, not a conviction.

If Jim gets charged with theft of the flag, the the owner of the building should be charged with displaying the American flag improperly. And then Jim should ask for a trial by jury if applicable. I can't see him getting convicted, but for the building owner it's a slam dunk conviction.

Jim is a hero to all true Americans! Oh, and thanks Jim for your defense of our rights and freedoms when you served. An Army of one for sure!
