Album 1972 A Good Feelin' To Know. Think this is good, guess again. See them live; the ONLY way to go. I've seen Randy with the Eagles, Richie solo, and POCO lots! Rusty Young is without a doubt THE best player of any stringed instrument in the business. He can play anything. The MOST underrated band of ALL! Eagles in the R&R Hall of Fame, gimme a break. They evolved FROM this band. If it hadn't been for POCO they wouldn't exist. The harmonies alone!! Still touring, still great!

Thanks for posting this superb live version of the song. This is Poco at their peak, well before they evolved into a mellower group (without Richie). Poco performed country rock before the Eagles were formed, and they did it well !

This is my favorite incarnation of POCO and I kick myself for not seeing these 5. I did see them after Richie split. It was funny cuz Tim was wearing an Eagles T-shirt that nite and it wasn't too long after when he joined them...Thx for posting...Love this stuff...

@CJTELE I agree with ya on all those songs and don't forget Good Feelin' to Know, I can see everything, shoot, that whole Good Feelin' .album Then Crazy Love,Skatin', could go on and on...

The ironic thing is that with each line up change, the band got more successful and seemed to veer more and more away from country rock. When Messina left the albums sold a little more and when Furay quit the albums got more successful. It wasn't until Grantham and Schmidt left that they got their first top 20 single with "Crazy Love". However, just looking at this clip shows me that they should have been bigger.

@CJTELE You are 100 percent correct. They were incredible in concert. They performed some very memorable shows in Central Park summer concert series.

This is the way you had to see Poco LIVE that's what they were all about It was almost like they didn't care about the radio Richie George Rusty Jim Randy Then later Tim and Paul Every concert was sold out Everybody left happy You have to love Poco

I HEAR MUSIC IN MY EEEEAAAAAAAAAARRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!!

This band should have been as big as the Eagles, but I think when Richie left Poco, Paul took them in a more country direction, & less country/rock. This right here is Poco at their best. With Richie gone, the band changed direction. Timothy leaving was it for me. I was a huge fan, but when Tim left I think some moved on to other bands. Too bad because these guys were so amazing live & should have been major superstars

I quote the "dude' " i hate the fucking Eagles".(The Big Lebowski)

@StevieReidEFC. I never said Felder was better than Cotton. Look at the post mate, all I asked was it possible that Felder replaced Cotton for a show or two, because the dude sure looks like Felder in the vid.
