BIG BOY with AL JOLSON ~~~ "HOORAY FOR BABY AND ME" revised audio - 1930

"Jolie's" 5th talking movie was taken directly from his 1925 Winter Garden show except for the fact that new music was added. His alter ego 'Gus' literally works the film as in the stage play. Unfortunately, this film was commercially unviable for Jolson although it was agreed that after the failure of "Say It With Songs", it was nice to see Jolson back as Gus where he belonged.
