Baileigh Model 100 Manual Tubing Bender. Baileighs manual bender line offers four models to choose from with capacities ranging from ¼ inch up to 2-1/2 inch tubing. Baileighs manual tube bender line has been at the forefront of the industry and continues to lead in new technologies and designs that benefit the metal fabricator.

Our manual benders are great for bending brake lines, motor cycle and race car chassis, roll cages, furnishings, hand railing and much more. The ATV and Off-Roading markets are growing and their needs are nearing 2-1/4 tube for some requirements. This is why we designed the new RDB-050 bender which is a manual tube bender that can bend up to 2-1/2 inch tubing at a .120 inch wall thickness. This manual bender uses a unique design that allows someone to bend 2 tubing with little effort. Each pull of the actuating arm bends up to 7 degrees. This new bender will revolutionize the bending of roll cages, ATVs and Off Road vehicles by allowing high quality bends with little effort.

We also offer the RDB-100 which is an industrial grade manual pipe bender for the metal fabricator. This great manual bender uses the same tooling of most of our larger machines, so an upgrade to a higher production machine allows the fabricator to use their RDB-100 tooling as their production requirements change. This is a great manual pipe bender for 1-1/4 inch hand railing pipe.

Finally, we offer two lower capacity manual tubing benders for brake and hydraulic lines. One model is more general for many applications up to 7/8 inch, while the other manual tube bender is specifically for producing quality fuel and brake lines.

Good demonstration video. It would have been nice at the end to show the wide variety of different bends that this machine can make. Show the range of tubing sizes, S-curves, etc. Still, it looks like a good machine.
