  • Lavin was my first Rose and I was blown away. I grew up watching ALICE but wasn't prepared for this performance! So glad she continues to make such an impact in her 70s.

  • @Elphaboy That's true. It seems every production gives it their own spin.

  • Much better singer than Daly, though i Love Tyne Daly's Rose(thank god someone had the balls to bring a camera into the theatre then to capture it) vocally there is absolutely no contest Lavin is much nicer to listen too

  • she is incredible! do you have the strip from this performance? i'd like to hear it, it seems that the strip in every production is altered in some way
