AMAZING MAN!! I can't believe the change in 6mths. OUt of sight awesome! This is exactly the motivation i need to keep going to the gym. Seriously thanks. Can i ask did u use protein powder or any supplements? after work out? during? before bed? Also did u use any gainers? Cause u seem to have built a good amount of bulk to support the muscle.

@BillyBarnacle; I use protien powder directly after working out. That is the only "supplement" I use at all, the rest I utilize food to it's maximum potential. I tend to eat more protien rich foods on days I do work out, and keep my diet generally lean and clean; no excess calories, no unneeded sugars etc. I calorie counted for the first few months to get a general idea of what I should be eating and how much a serve is etc, and from there on out did things mentally. Food is what muscle needs.

@KrisES46 I go to the gym 3-4 times per week, and do cardio on at least two other days. I work one body part once per week max, and general group things together like chest and triceps one day, back and biceps another etc. I switch it up to keep it interesting for myself.
All the hard work is in the diet. I count calories, make sure I eat enough protien and have good wholesome foods in my diet. I don't drink soda, and if I want a change from water I drink varieties of tea.
