USA a has NO welfare system asshole. u got to pay for healthcare, insurance, education etc. those katrina people were too poor to insure their homes. most of them WERE working but being paid peanuts. if ur poor minority in the USA ur screwed, worse than most places on earth.

and (if ur not talking about USA) poor people in myanmar are working their socks off cultivating rice and other things. they remain poor, uneducated. of course they need help.

Firstly, Than Shwe grandsons should be killed by hanging them or cut their throat on the street of Yangon. Than Shwe along with his family must see how they die and how much they suffer.

Daw Kyaing Kyaing should be hand or shot by police. Or she should be thrown from the top of Traders Hotels in front of his family.

Lastly, Than Shwe should be chopped every single part of him and let them give to dogs in front of him. He must be watch dogs are eating his balls.

Yes, there are English-speaking audience in Myanmar. I do watch TV programs(mostly news)and western movies.

It is interesting that Myanmar TV also broadcast its news in English. But for whom? Is there any English-speaking audience there?

If the Myanmar government won't take international aid, just hand the pilots of the relief planes a new flight plan - to Schezwan Province in China, to help the earthquake victims!

At some point the military leaders of Myanmar will need to be brought to justice for allowing thousands of their own people to die by neglect. But in the meantime, don't let the supplies rot on the airplanes and loading docks - send it to where it will be used and appreciated.
