this isnt really relevant to this vid but i have a question or two! so my job landscaping ended last month it was relitavly physical but not much of a challenge. now i surf around 3-4 hours a day and id say its much more demanding. the thing is im eating alot more and i feel hungry more often. Should you eat when ur hungry inbetween meals or keep it to 3 big meals a day???? i have a 'bad habit' of grazing but i dont feel/see and negative effects from it..

I like your cautions against some aspects of the SBD. But I don't really think they should be termed "negative side effects." The SBD, to my knowledge, doesn't require dairy and artificial sweeteners. I also use stevia, and I have no problem with dairy--I am sure that vegetables can also be a good source of calcium, but that kind of nutritional knowledge isn't on everyone's plate. The SBD isn't perfect health-wise, but it is a good start for someone who wants to lose weight.

I'm lactrose intolerant and I have no problem doing the Diet, for my snack I have Yogurt cheese and pistachios, yogurt cheese has little to no lactose and doesn't bother my stomache... also aged yellow cheeses are fine, they little micro-organisms have consumed the milk sugar (lactose), cheese should be consumed in moderation (especially for me). I think splenda hasn't been around long enough to be trust worthy, STEVIA is a great sustitute, but I'm phase three so, turbinado sugar in moderation.

I use organic pure unfiltred honey to sweeten my drinks and cookies and it is really healthy I burn calories later by exercising, and it is really very good and it made my body get more balanced and I never had flu or any health issues since I included it in my diet 3 years ago.. it is costy but worthy..

I agree splenda and other chemical sugar substitutes are baaaaaad. I just take little sugar but I guess if you truly want to be no carb you have to be more vigilant. I like to cheat a little on diets. But I am going to really make an effort. And dairy gives me a leeetle trouble so this was good for me to watch thanks!
