    they do some good journalism. But the need is great for sharp focus on the alberta tar sands, which could make Canada a leading contributor to climate change.

    it's funny seeing little kids come on youtube and try to sound intelligent with the info they googled and pieced together there little shit video on some bullshit program mommy baught them. i'm a geologist and so are my parents so take it from someone who has actually deadicated a lot of time into the research YOUR WRONG! the carboniferous is structured in such a way that the rapid incline of water wouldn't cause any harm to us or the future of mankind so this entire study is pointless.

    you mean all tree rong reconstructions only go to 1960, yes indeed, because of the divergence problem.

    the Hockey stick is valid, because reconstructions that use no tree ring data do agree with it and show the same hockey stick. and all those different proxies do agree with eachother pretty well, with the only exception beeing tree rings from 1960 on.
