Same here, but unfortunately those sometimes get infected or mixed in with a batch of something. Also simply from the employee handling a sick reptile or other animal that might have them. They're pretty tricky little things to note in some creatures because usually when they pop up it's too late to do anything.

The female you have that died was a bit hard to see, but if there was a white mass around it's mouth/fangs, it's very likely it was nematodes. Also if it's palps weren't being carried correctly.
