Arts Gone Wild

Thousands flocked to the Toledo Zoo to celebrate Toledo's artistic instincts during the four-day Arts Gone Wild event.

The event offered diverse species of cultural offerings from around the region, including local artists along with interactive a participatory activities.

Sunday I attended with Nate while Allison went to her Zoo Teen meeting. I also renewed my zoo membership. If you don't have one - what are you waiting for?

Here is a short video featuring a community arts project - building a frog from recyclables - as well as some of the performances by the students from the Toledo School for the Arts.

The music is from the performances of Glass City Steel, a product of the Toledo School for the Arts.
