I simply MUST say that this is THE MOST helpful video illustrating the tones of mandarin!
Too many other uploaders pronounce the tones too slowly and far apart. The most helpful thing for me is the you pronounced them ALL TOGETHER at the end, because it the listener some context for how the tones sound next to each other! :)

This is an excellent explanation! I would very much like to learn to speak Mandarin, perhaps this will inspire me to try to learn more!

This video was really helpful in understanding the tones. I particularly had a difficulty distinguishing the 2nd tone from 1 and 3. This makes it much clearer. Thank you!
