@TinyTitian Umm.. the first video he did on this was the sprawl. This type of maneuver is a second option, and can be quite useful depending on circumstance. You actually see football players develop a similar type of a maneuver naturally, although they use the other arm with a bear paw type motion under the armpit. If you can pull this off it is a much better option for a stand up fighter to use, as the sprawl leads to better grappling options. YMMV of course.

@ClayDanzig138 woo woo dont use this if ur talking bout a wrestler. First off If the go for a low take down just spraw..In your stance always keep your hips back. Actualy u know what Just practice its the only way to learn take down defence.I taught I was unslamable till some guys with judo came and used upper body and hip slams so had to practice to defend those since I was so used to defending wrestleing. Doesent help that there both 180 and Im 150. I can slam the lesser skilled guy now tho.

Benny no I love you but giving ppl bad advice is wrong. In a street fight this is great. Vs a wresler in mma No a good wrestler doeent shoot with there back like that unless going for a very low single. There take down is done in a crouching like position with there back STRAIGHT.
