waht the hell good are laws , any law be it traffic regs or noise ordnances, if theyr not enforced?And as far as i can see it seems the immigration laws which are on the books and more than reasonable are virtually never enforced? My guess is that powerful inerests and or lobbies of some kind in washington town like it that way as it keeps their strings of kwikee marts and laundramats motels etc etc with an ample supply of cheap labor for their little trickle down jobs ?

Some people just simply over stay their visas, hence being out of status. It is a civil matter! If you know anything about law then you should know what a civil means. @TNT93535 is it fair to charge all undocumented people taxes for x amount of years and at the just deport them for any little reason? Is it fair to send "American Citizens" with their spouses to one of the most dangerous cities in the world so that their loved ones can become American Citizens? Is it not right to ask those coming here to follow the laws we have in place? Is it not what those who live here have to do each day, follow laws! It is Not Racism, it is wanting ones Laws Followed. And is it right to put one class of people ahead of those who have waited years and followed the laws in order to become citizens, but some can just walk in and be granted it for no other reason that they broke the laws and butted in line? What is Fair for those who have waited? Nothing!

Perhaps FAIR should just state its true agenda and advocate for the Eugenic Sterilization & eventual Genocide of all non-whites. FAIR is funded by some of the most hateful organizations and individuals in the US. Pages 208-214 of "Home-Grown Hate: gender and organized racism" by Abby L. Ferber gives a glimpse into to the ideologies of FAIR. TV stations need to be made aware BEFORE running FAIR Ads.
