A N.J. jury has convicted a man of murdering his former son-in-law, rejecting the man's defense that he was too fat to commit the crime and make a quick getaway. (Nov. 6)

If he was too fat to make it into the courtroom, then maybe they would have considered his defense.

It's a shame he had to commit murder, he could have made a killing touring Japan as Wilford Brimley.

of course the defense is so ludicrous that it is hilarious, and it is right that we all laugh at him but let's not forget that this fat-fuck killed his grandchild's father. Lets hope the prison diet trims him down enough that he can avoid heart attack, or diabetes long enough to suffer awhile behind bars
