Definitely a bobcat without a doubt. You can see it's pointed ears and its short tail.

i saw one but not a bobcat.yesterday morning before i went to work.iw as just cruising along a road thats busy sometimes depends what time of the day.but i was by myself and saw his huge ass cat jump out of the woods and was running across the road.looked bigger than a great dane.if only i ahd my camera running.but i called in today to report it since its around people to be on the safe side.But found out they are all around texas .first time for me to see that in my whole 21 yrs here.

That's a Bobcat, if ever saw one!
We do have Mountain Lions in Texas, but they are rare and few between, east of Abilene. The biggest populations are found close to the Mexican Border. On the Big Ranches of far West & South Texas.

Yeah after I posted this video I took a closer look and believe it is a bobcat as well. I have not had as much luck convincing my family of that though. We do have a Mountain Lion that passes by every once and awhile. We had one chase my nephew and sister as my nephew was playing outside the house one day. That prompted us to get a great pyrenees and put this camera up outside the house.
