Dark Souls - Kiln PvP 9割方俺たちが殴りあう動画 (&Pseudo Break from Dark Souls)

I think I need a Dark Souls break! I'll keep uploading these videos, but man watching them and then playing is really depressing. It's a huge stereotype to say "yeah the japanese are more polite in pvp!!!" but look at these fun builds, guys unequiping their weapons to equip fists, using a skull lantern as a joke, etc etc. It's a lot more fun and I wish I could get more experiences like this. It's not that I *mind* getting pre-emptively Tranquil Walked as I'm summoned into someone's world, have 6 Wrath of Gods cast against me by a spellswaper, dying, getting the Channeler's Trident dance over my corpse followed by "Well, What Is it???" gesture - but it gets more boring with each summon or invasion.

Time to eject my Dark Souls disc for the first time since release (on both consoles!) I'll play some Idolm@ster 2, Atelier Totori, and I think I should be getting Dodonpachi Resurrection this month. After the patch or something I'll play some more.

Don't lose faith, sansviedotcom, my friend made a Ghost Rider build where he uses Thorn Armor with the Darkwraith skull mask and a flame whip +10 and invades people and does the Point gesture at everybody he invades. He also tries to get the Dark Hand soulsuck attack off and pretend it's his "Penance Stare" ability. Oh, and he's also making a Raoh build, and he'll use God's Wrath once per fight, and when he does he'll unequip his shirt and helm. SO DON'T WORRY WE AMERICANS ARE CREATIVE TOO!

@IAmEnormous Haha, no doubt lots of people are fun to play with, but particularly when the matchmaking is as gimped as it is now, all fights seem to be few and far between for me, especially fun ones. Silly build appreciation.

I have a Maia/Follower of the Valar build - spells and miracles. Not one of those uber decked out armor sets, either. All mage armor and pretty weapons.

Great video. I kindof agree with your sentiments. I get exhausted of our pvp. However, the japanese players are normally on our servers so hopefully when all the patches are settled and everything is working as intended, we'll be able to partake in some actually fun duels too.

Until such time we've just gotta hang in there I suppose? Mreh.
