I don't know if anyone has noticed this but maxim has changed a lot since his early days as a performing artist. Hes not playing so much as a showman but one who is intently listening and directing the music

Well I´m at his masterclass in London today (feb2012)and he is massive! Maybe more mature but still a great spirit!

I'm not convinced; ...don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely thrilled that he's back, but I'm not convinced that he's "outta-the-woods" with whatever injury it was which took him out of action; I sensed an underlying tension and an over-cautiousness in his playing and, also, to a certain extent in his facial expression (& no, I don't mean when he was 'trying' to "get-into-it" at 2:53); he just looked 'pained' and "to me" not relaxed at all. I do wish him a speedy & complete recovery in coming back.

yes its really neat to see someone play so relaxedly, with the hands doing all the playing, just enough effort to let the instrument play itself....
