I really like this song EXCEPT for the "their love, your tits" line. Does the fact that Miss California is a woman with breasts have anything to do with her misguided beliefs? Why do women have to be trashed for being women when they say something stupid? Why can't they just be stupid instead of attacked for their physical traits?

This is a bit too ad hominem for my taste, but I can see where you're coming from. IMO, someone in her position should support "progressive" views instead of becoming an anti-gay rights activist. Your video on Prop. 8 really highlighted the ignorant intolerance of many of the activist supporters. In any case, you make a good point about her ultimately being a spokeswoman against Gay Love. Sound of a tidal wave, indeed.

Actually, the dictionary says what you are engaging in is indeed hate speech. I think you need to think critically about your own assumptions; try using some sort of critical-thinking framework to analyze your own biases before you spread them out for everyone else to see.

One thing I don't get... you know her parents were apparently physically abusive to each other, and to Carrie and her sister. It's really sad and all, but... why is she so keen to keep 'opposite marriage' the only legal kind when the only one she knows of obviously didn't work out?
