Much of this video was shot where I grew up, in Manhattan and Harlem. It's clear it put the squeeze on whoever edited this video, the same squeeze I had growing up, really capturing the life and times of the early 80s. This is a brilliant video with an amazing song of a time gone past, but still accessible in a small piece of the internet, that being right here.

the occupy protesters need to go sit on the shelf of failed/stupid movements. as for the "Clash", they made some really good stuff back in the 80,s. they were the only true musical/value group of the time period who were classified as "punk-rock"----in most cases I still think "punk is junk and rap is crap". the music world needs more real musicians unlike today,s bunch which is 98% fakers.
