Got a lil goofy with the outfit today and enjoyed the sun in the field behind my house. Been seeing a lot of doubles work lately and felt inspired to practice. However I lose a hoop in the middle and end up with only one for a bit. :-D I had loads of fun so I hope this is fun for you to watch :-D

  • hey ladyyyy. : ) at 1:00..for like 5 seconds. HOW ON EARTH do you do that?? what's that called? i would really love to find a tutorial or something. cause it's definitely groovyyyy. c: c:

  • @heckyesss I actually had a friend who was super skilled with doubles. I think I learned it from her, but safire has really great lessons on hoopcity.ca too!

  • I love it!!! I have this new appreciation for twins since I started trying it. I have a few things down, but still have yet to put it all together. This was inspiring though. Thanks for sharing!

  • thank you! I totally agree, once you start working with twins all of a sudden watching videos of them starts making more sense. :)

  • @swirlywhirlygirl

    I agree. Fabulous job!!!

  • i think the outfit it cute! btw, what kind of hoops are those? (i've just started hooping, jaja)

  • thanks for the reply. i was commenting on the same move that TwistedHoop mentioned. you do it a few times, usually after a jump-through. the first time is at about 2:45, then 3:43 and 4:13. you're doing vertical hand hooping, then you reverse direction with your left leg/knee and roll the hoop up to your left hand. thanks in advance for any clarification you can give.

  • I love that reverse up to your hand, too! I don't think I've ever seen it before. Are you bumping it with your left knee? Is there a tutorial for that move, or could you give us any tips?
