In a few mounths ago i just watch documentary about this, They say a when the baby cry it mean (hungry,hurtor scare). So if the baby not hungry or hurt but they are crying this mean they are scare or feel not safe. This sound is like a mother womb when the baby hear that they feel safe. But this not working with older baby because they can't reconize this sound anymore or they are hurt or hungry. (sorry for my bad grammar)
