Hey, on my BMW 99 328i one of the gas tanks is always empty. Does anyone have any clue what might be wrong with it? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks,

No, my E32 I6 makes that exact same noise, its normal.

So it has nothing to do with the formerly known noises of the VANOS...(e36!)...

The "pinging" noise is normal on all BMW engines, they all make that sounds, its either the valves or the rocker arms.
