@HitodamaKyrie i think that was the point of the X-Change Alternative title, to move away from the same old character doing the same stuff.

The stories in it are great. Loved Sayuri's story even if it was quite unhappy one and loved the wedding crash of another.
I was a bit disappointed with choices, at the start there are confusingly many choices but once you have "picked" a girl, there's almost no way of guiding the story, all you practically do is watch with only a few choices in between, some of which don't affect the story at all aside from bit of extra chat.
And no, there's no translated version of this.
