It's here: the successor to Parrot's AR.Drone has been unveiled.
The AR.Drone 2.0 is stronger, more controllable and has improved controls, thanks to the forthcoming AR.FreeFlight 2.0 app for Android and iOS.
Other new features include a 720p HD camera, which can record footage, and the ability to save and share flight data with other drone pilots.
Expect it to retail around the $299/£299 mark when it's released later on in 2012.
