Alexs is wrong. That is a pressure dressing. It is what you use on a bleed. However, scalp wounds bleed very very heavily and it would have been through that, and his face, and cloths in the front would have been soaked heavily. That colour is too dark. Takes blood a while to darken like that. There is no way that he would have a pressure dressing on that fast. No way. No way man!
