i burn my finger on a presser (for ironing clothes quicker) should i sue the company that makes these for not warning me that the presser will be hot when it on. :) I wouldnt because i knew that it will be hot and im britain but if a fucking armerican (not every armericain the one that are fuck up) did this they would sue the company.

The sad thing is the warnings were not put there first. The company puts these warnings on the product as a response because someone actually did these things first

The min reason companies put these warning labels on their products is because there are not only stupid people out there who will hurt themselves doing dumb things, but there are also stupid lawyers who will make a court case for them and sue the company. Then there are moron judges who will actually hear the case and not throw it out. And don't forget stupid jurors who will award massive settlements to these idiots sometimes bankrupting the company and causing their workers to lose their jobs.
