Hi! I have a problem! I am a vegan and heaving bloodtype B, it's recommended not to eat avocado's or coconut. What to eat to get enough fats and nutrients? Avocado's
are great, but is there an other vegetable that can replace it? To have some variation in the diet......
@xsliceofheavenx Your lack of fat maybe the issue. You may not be absorbing your proteins.Try having fermented seed like sunflower or pumpkin seeds with your veggies. When you ferment them the use up 30-60% of the fat,but the amino acids and fatty acids are more readily available. Soak them in dbl the water for 8 hrs, rinse, blend with a little water and let them sit out for 4-6 hrs. Add probiotics if you wish. Eat 1-2 tb 2x daily. Watch the hair grow! I couldn't believe the results on my mane.
i never knew that fats were OH so important. When I went to Germany I was recommended to take a tablespoon of Olive oil every day. I always thought that was too much. If I have Avocado and Almonds, and sunflower seeds everyday should I take Olive oil too, maybe twice and thats it? Its true our body will crave what's missing in our bodies!!! Good advice!!
i'm back low carbing and the weird thing is i am eating more raw and more veggies than i was actually trying 2 do raw...I think its more mental...but i can hv 2 advocados, lots of veggies, protein ect...but i guess counting carbs is easier for me..I have even lost..which feels great.
@mshealthfirst I think Dr. Weil lives in rich guy fantasy land. If I stuck to that list, I'd not be able to eat any greens really except what I grow in summer.
This doesn't seem healthy at all. Can i eat sushi? That is raw food... I'm confused what if i don't like avocados?
