"what's the point of going to crete?" the band's first video, which was played often on MTV & led to our leaving obscurity behind forever.....
the track is on "frozen north" & not, as the slate suggests, in the boxed set.

  • Man, I used to love this tune, hadn't heard it for years - thanks for uploading! Just rediscovered RMI randomly. I didn't know you were still going. I'm liking your newer stuff too, just bought septentritional and loving trident - more stuff like that please guys! Oh, and would you mind playing glastonbury next year, would be wicked to see you live ;-)

  • I love this old skool form the old MTV Chillout Zone days of the early 90s - awesome!!!!

  • Brilliant track and brilliant album, love it.

  • Also Duncan and Gary!

  • Brilliant. Thanks, Steve.

  • yes it's good to find this on you tube, - gives the whole thing more value!!! i 've known your music for years, but do enjoy these visual effects.. :-) cheers from germany

  • One of my all-time favourite music videos, so hypnotizing, it's a shame the YouTube quality doesn't show the bubbles so well. A fantastic track too. I was actually signed to the record label that released this (Centaur Discs) a few years ago, which was a big thing to me because RMI was released on the same label (though the label went more or less defunct in 2005 and never released my album, or anything else for that matter, but that's another story)
