Well she's not 100% female. A geneticist can explain this to us better but to my understanding when she was developing in the womb her DNA was such that she developed into a masculine female, so she benefits from masculine features while being allowed to compete among females. If i was on the board deciding on whether she should be allowed to compete among women i would certainly NOT allow her to compete among other women as it isn't fair on the other women.
