Apple does not have remote access which is why u never buy a Mac. Pathetic for them not to offer RA to their techs & public cuz techs luv RA! RA is a godsend it is to consumer & tech what x-ray machine is to a doctor. Since '03 thanks to RA my computer has never been in the shop & Geek Squad never to my house! Dell/HP has RA every company needs RA, Apple cares only about profit not great customer service Apple sez RA is a "liability" which is a lie cuz other companies implemented RA years ago!

yes very frustrating iam not a computer whiz but i think iam about average to average when it comes to tech. somwtimes just creating an ccount is easy for u but not for someone else

This is great!! I help my friends alllll the time over the phone to fix things and stuff that would normally take about a min for me to do it but over the phone telling them they get confused and it ends up taking half an hour just to do something that would normally take 1 min!

gotoassist is great i work at tech support an it saves a lot of time, and i get what it is giving instructions over the phone
