Award presentation for the 1987 Leeds International Piano Competition (26th September) - Vladimir Ovchinnikov, Ian Munro, Noriko Ogawa, Boris Berezovsky, Hugh Tinney, Marcantonio Barone
Special thanks to Tom Marsden of Manchester who made the original recording and kindly supplied the footage. The stereo audio track is derived from BBC radio simulcast of the Leeds Competition.

*** I am sometimes contacted by people seeking DVD copies of the 1987 Leeds Competition finalists' performances. I have all 6 finalists' concerto performances on DVD (including Ovchinnikov's Rachmaninov 2nd Concerto, Ian Munro's Prokofiev 3rd Concerto, Boris Berezovsky's Beethoven Piano Concerto No 4 & Noriko Ogawa's Prokofiev 3rd Concerto). These are high quality VHS transfers made by Tom Marsden of Manchester (with full stereo track from BBC Radio 3 simulcast). I can supply copies of any of these finalists' DVDs - please send e-mail to oceaniaclassics@live.co.uk (with a sensible subject line!) for further details. The footage is very rare and most likely deleted from BBC's own archives.
* Here are more non-commercial Berezovsky videos I have access to:-
