@isktrfu Thanks for that -Anneke will shine at whatever she does -I agree. She has the Midas touch. But from what I have heard (and I've heard most of it) - I feel she is in a different league to those she has worked with so far (apart from Sharon Den Adel), But I'm not sure she realises it. From her interviews I get the impression she has some self-confidence issues. But with the right material -writing specifically for her I believe she could go global. But that is a big ask for sure.

@jezkn Addicted is a part of Devins 4 record concept. And it's basically meant to be a Ace of Base meets metal type of party record with lots of catchy melodies. It is supposed to be a representative of Devins change of lifestyle (he had problems with alcohol and drugs). And that comes out as really catchy and emotional record. Try songs like Supercrush or Numbered, Anneke really shines in those songs, IMO. IMO Devin did a fantastic job with Anneke there.

@genericmetalname OK -I listened again to the Townsend project and discovered I had before. Although Anneke's vocals are great - the quality of the songs is not and she could do with a lot better. This gal is so versatile and talented -and that material neither stretches her - nor does her incredible voice justice. Also there's too much of him and not enough of her. She demands a front vocalist slot. And she merits writing quality out of the top draw! Still to come!,
