What is the sound level in decibels? 90's? 100's?

I had the Pro Pipe Chrome on my '09 FXDC. I just traded it in on a new Street Glide and was considering the High output. I really liked the sound and performance of the Chrome, but I don't care for the look of it on Street Glides. The stock exhaust is extremely hot due to the catalytic converter. I'm wondering how much heat the HO will project? It doesn't appear to have heat shields.

I like the sound on the video. Hoping my new street glide gets to the dealer this week and am seriously considering this pipe. How much louder is this pipe than stock? Is this going to draw attention from the police when Im riding around? I dont care if it's louder, my goal is to get maximum
performance

When I get my Fat Boy Lo, I'm gettin' this pipe and intake on mine with the HD SE103 Stage II upgrade. Man, that looks and sounds awesome.

Comes the reply of limited vocabulary... 26 years old and he thinks he's been there, done that. Doesn't even come close to what a biker is in the true sense of the word. Blinged out train and he thinks he is the epitome of bike builders. Bike was probably shop modded and tuned. Wouldn't know a clutch plate from a brake disc...

haha, you dumbass faggot

Not as lame as your steam train...
-
lame, build that thing!
Thank you for your question. Vance & Hines offers optional heat shields for the pro Pipe High Output. These heat shields will stop just before the collector and will help with reducing the heat to the rider. However, without the optional heat shields installed, the Pro Pipe High Output will be hotter to the rider than the Pro Pipe Chrome.
